02License to playLicencia de uso
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and play our games for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile or exploit any part of the Services except as permitted by law.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You can delete your account at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions.
Algunas funciones requieren una cuenta. Te comprometes a facilitar información veraz, mantener tus credenciales seguras y responsabilizarte de la actividad realizada con tu cuenta. Avísanos de inmediato de cualquier uso no autorizado. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento — consulta nuestras Instrucciones de Borrado de Datos.
04Acceptable useUso aceptable
When using the Services, you agree not to:
- Cheat, use unauthorised bots, mods or exploits that harm other players or the game economy.
- Harass, threaten or abuse others, or post illegal, hateful or infringing content.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
Al usar los Servicios, te comprometes a no:
- Hacer trampas ni usar bots, mods o exploits no autorizados que perjudiquen a otros jugadores o a la economía del juego.
- Acosar, amenazar o abusar de otras personas, ni publicar contenido ilegal, de odio o infractor.
- Intentar interrumpir, hackear o acceder sin autorización a nuestros sistemas.
- Usar los Servicios con fines ilícitos o incumpliendo estos Términos.
05Purchases & virtual itemsCompras y objetos virtuales
Our games may offer in-app purchases and virtual items (currency, cosmetics, upgrades). All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms. Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed — not owned — by you.
Refunds are handled by the relevant app store according to its policy. As an EU consumer you may have a right of withdrawal; however, by starting to download or use digital content immediately, you may waive that right, as permitted by EU consumer law.
Nuestros juegos pueden ofrecer compras integradas y objetos virtuales (moneda, cosméticos, mejoras). Todas las compras las procesan App Store de Apple o Google Play bajo sus propios términos. Los objetos virtuales no tienen valor monetario, no pueden canjearse por dinero y se te licencian — no los posees en propiedad.
Los reembolsos los gestiona la tienda correspondiente según su política. Como consumidor de la UE puedes tener derecho de desistimiento; no obstante, al iniciar la descarga o el uso inmediato del contenido digital puedes renunciar a ese derecho, según permite la normativa de consumo de la UE.

All content in the Services — including code, art, characters, music, text, logos and the Ludosophia name — is owned by or licensed to Ludosophia Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Todo el contenido de los Servicios — incluidos código, arte, personajes, música, textos, logotipos y el nombre Ludosophia — es propiedad de o está licenciado a Ludosophia Studio y está protegido por las leyes de propiedad intelectual. Estos Términos no te otorgan ningún derecho de propiedad. Todos los derechos no concedidos expresamente quedan reservados.
07User contentContenido de usuario
If you submit content (feedback, usernames, messages), you retain your rights but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for operating and improving the Services. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm it does not infringe others' rights.
Si envías contenido (comentarios, nombres de usuario, mensajes), conservas tus derechos pero nos concedes una licencia mundial y gratuita para usarlo con el fin de operar y mejorar los Servicios. Eres responsable del contenido que envías y confirmas que no infringe los derechos de terceros.
08Suspension & terminationSuspensión y terminación
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud or cheating, or where required by law. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, liability) will continue to apply.
Podemos suspender o cancelar tu acceso si incumples estos Términos, cometes fraude o trampas, o cuando lo exija la ley. Puedes dejar de usar los Servicios y eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento. Las secciones que por su naturaleza deban subsistir (p. ej. propiedad intelectual, responsabilidad) seguirán vigentes.
09DisclaimersDescargos de garantía
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as an EU consumer.
Los Servicios se proporcionan «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». En la medida en que lo permita la ley, no garantizamos que los Servicios sean ininterrumpidos, libres de errores o estén siempre disponibles. Nada en estos Términos limita tus derechos legales imperativos como consumidor de la UE.
10Limitation of liabilityLimitación de responsabilidad
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludosophia Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish or EU law, including liability for death, personal injury or gross negligence.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Ludosophia Studio no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados de tu uso de los Servicios. Nada de lo aquí dispuesto excluye la responsabilidad que no pueda excluirse conforme a la ley española o de la UE, incluida la responsabilidad por fallecimiento, lesiones personales o negligencia grave.
11Governing law & disputesLey aplicable y controversias
The Services are provided by Ludosophia S.L.U. (trading as Ludosophia Studio), with registered office at Calle Amanay, 19, Pta. B, 35620 Tuineje, Las Palmas (Canary Islands), Spain.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from the mandatory protections of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Spain, or your local courts where the law allows. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Los Servicios son prestados por Ludosophia S.L.U. (nombre comercial Ludosophia Studio), con domicilio social en Calle Amanay, 19, Pta. B, 35620 Tuineje, Las Palmas (Islas Canarias), España.
Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación de España. Si eres consumidor, también puedes beneficiarte de las protecciones imperativas de tu país de residencia. Las controversias podrán someterse a los tribunales competentes de España, o a tus tribunales locales cuando la ley lo permita. Los consumidores de la UE también pueden usar la plataforma europea de Resolución de Litigios en Línea.
